三 | 虚构身份验证流程 以转账为名实施诈骗 就在小兰逐步放松警惕之后，这位“明星助理”又告诉小兰，为了防止出现骚扰明星私生活的情况，需要对她的身份进行验证。
四 | 而验证的方式就是转账。
受害人 小兰：后面就是他先让我进行了一些操作，说是为了帮我解除嫌疑，然后让我一直做。 谎称转账可返还 连环套路骗走3万多元
一开始，对方让小兰先转了900元，用于所谓的“身份登记”。之后又以操作失误、需要补充验证等理由，让小兰再次转账九千多元，并反复告诉她所有转账都是虚拟的，事后会全额返还。
五 | 受害人 小兰：因为他说是虚拟的，所以我觉得这个钱是真的不会被转走的。
就这样，在对方的一次次诱导下，小兰先后多次向指定账户转账，累计达3.79万元。
六 | 每次转账后，对方还叮嘱小兰删除转账记录，以此躲避家长的检查。
七 | 直到小兰的母亲发现账户资金异常，反复追问之下才得知女儿被骗，随即向警方报案。

目前，犯罪嫌疑人陈某某已被抓捕归案。警方通过进一步审讯发现，犯罪嫌疑人还涉及其他多起诈骗案件，侦办工作和追赃挽损正在同步推进。
八 | 警方介绍，此类针对未成年人的“明星社交账号”类诈骗较为突出。未成年人辨别能力较弱，极易被“免费添加明星微信”“独家粉丝福利”等话术迷惑。

九 | 家长在第一时间难以发现。
